📦 Orders and Shipping

Processing time: Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days.

Free shipping: Europe on orders over €69, the United States over $99, and the rest of the world over €89.

Tracking: You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times: Europe 5 to 7 business days, United States 15 to 20 days, Canada 3 to 4 weeks. See all countries in the Shipping Policy.

❓ Frequently Asked Questions

Where is my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping email. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to start updating. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, please email me with your name and order number.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! Shipping costs for your country are shown at checkout.

Will I pay customs fees?
US orders: no. Duties are already included, so you pay nothing extra on delivery. Orders to other countries outside the EU may have import duties or taxes, which are paid by the customer.

Can I return an item?
Yes. You can return items within 14 days after delivery, if they are unused and in their original condition. See the Refund Policy for details.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Please email me as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. I'll make it right.

Do the decks come with a guidebook?
Most of my decks come with a printed guidebook. You can also download free digital guidebooks on the Guidebooks & Resources page.
