Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has shipped.

Free shipping

  • Europe (EU countries except Cyprus, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Turkey, Ukraine): free shipping on orders over €69
  • United States: free shipping on orders over $99
  • Rest of the world: free shipping on orders over €89

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout, based on your country and the weight of your order. US orders are shipped with duties included.

  • Slovenia: 1 to 2 business days
  • Europe: 5 to 7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 15 to 20 business days
  • United States: 15 to 20 days
  • Canada: 3 to 4 weeks
  • Australia: 3 to 5 weeks
  • New Zealand, Japan and Asia Pacific: 3 to 4 weeks
  • Latin America and the Caribbean: 4 to 5 weeks
  • Middle East and Africa: 4 to 5 weeks

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are charged when the parcel reaches your country. La Muci Design (EDM DESIGN d.o.o.) is not responsible for these charges, and they are paid by the customer.

United States: US orders are shipped with duties already paid (DDP). You will not pay any customs fees or import taxes on delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Parcels can spend some time in transit between stations, so the tracking may not update every day.

If you haven't received your order within 30 days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at hello@lamucidesign.com with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Returns and damaged items

You can return items within 14 days after delivery, if they are unused and in their original condition. I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@lamucidesign.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. I will do my best to find a good solution for you.
