Refund policy
I want you to love your order. If something isn't right, here is how returns and refunds work.
14-day returns
You can return any item within 14 days after delivery, for any reason. This includes sale items.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- Please email me first at hello@lamucidesign.com with your order number. I will send you the return address.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
- Please use a tracked shipping service. I can't refund a return that gets lost on the way back to me.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and I have checked it, I will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. The refund covers the item price and the original standard shipping cost. It can take a few extra days for your bank to show the money in your account.
If an item comes back used or damaged, I may reduce the refund to match its condition.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please email me within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. I will send you a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay anything extra.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
Items that can't be returned
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads, such as PDF guidebooks
Cancelling an order
If you want to cancel, please email me as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, I will cancel it and refund you in full.
